Can't open up after installing app
I was able to fix my CBS app by going to the App store, looking up CBS, then I saw an update button. I clicked it and now I am watching CBS again.
I haven't been able to watch anything on the cbs app for 2 weeks. Commercials will play but it only buffers over and over again. I have cleared my cache and uninstalled and reinstalled and nothing has changed. Error messages over and over again
CBS app opens up, am able to select program but program never loads (any program). Buffering circle is all I ever get. All other streaming apps on my Chromecast & fire stick work fine.
Cbs app thru sling is buffering a lot for the least 2bdays. I reinstalled everything. Cleaned the cache etc. What the heck?
I have CBS app on both a Roku and an Apple TV. neither one work. I am signed in with my tv provider (xfinity) entered the code and activated. works for that moment. the next time I come back to the app there is always an issue and it can not load the chosen content, the message is an error occurred' this happens on both devices. I have done all the recommended fixes. deleted the app. restarted the device, redownloaded the app. activated again. so it works again for that moment and the next time I want to use the app I have to do the whole process again. this is extremely frustrating. this is the only app that this happens with. all other apps work just fine. I have even rebooted the router on several occasions to attempt to solve this issue and nothing works. i really would have expected better from CBS. this app is worthless

I recently started getting the message "site is not secure" when I try to access cbs.com from my desktop computer. I have a new computer with Windows 11. If I close and open my browser (Microsoft Edge) and delete my history it seems to work. This only started happening after the new privacy policy started popping up every day. I have agreed to the policy, but still get the message sporadically. Thank you.
i downloaded the cbs app. on my roku tv so i could watch fire country and I got to watch the pilot and now it wont load to watch more of it or anything else, i have uninstalled it and reinstalled it and still nothing. it just says an error occured,try again later and its been 3 days now
Continuous oops message. I have restarted tv, deleted and reloaded app and rebooted router. Was working fine until it didn’t.
error message 6100. The app has been working until 3 days ago. I tried to click on program I get the circle (not know the correct word).
I am in Florida for the winter and was watching CBS with my Roku TV through my DISH account. Now I'm unable to watch any programming and "an error occurred' messaged is displayed. I've updated ROKU and still no change. Thanks for any help.
