My app shows the menu along the left side, but when I click on missed tests, etc. the page doesn't load and it is just blank.

ive not been able to connect for over a week. i get all the way into the test and it then says userlytics refuses to connect . it stays recording and all. i have to push exit to get out of it. please help!

How to fix Userlytics app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Userlytics app on iPhone
Update Userlytics app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Userlytics iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Userlytics on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Userlytics network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Userlytics Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Userlytics not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Userlytics App
1. On android, goto Settings » Userlytics » click [Force Stop]

Update Userlytics to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Userlytics App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Userlytics » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Userlytics.

Fix Userlytics unable to contact server/ Userlytics internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Userlytics » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Userlytics » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Userlytics
