Close and restart the Planyway app on iPhone
Update Planyway app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Planyway iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Planyway on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Planyway network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent Planyway app issues:

Force Stop the Planyway App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Planyway app. » click "Force Stop".

Update Planyway to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Planyway App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Planyway app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch Planyway.

Fix Planyway unable to contact server/ Planyway internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click Planyway » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got Planyway » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Planyway on android.
