Summary of Planyway Problems 🔥

- No link to open the card in Trello app

- Fixed 1-hour time interval when dragging cards to the timetable

- Inability to change time intervals to half hour or 15 minutes

- Free plan has less fluid integration with Google Calendar on mobile

- Inability to see both lists/cards and calendar at the same time on the app

- Inability to write events to linked Google Calendar, only adds cards as full day events

- Anti-robot authentication system on web app is bad and may deter users

- No iPad app available

How to fix Planyway app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Planyway app on iPhone
Update Planyway app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Planyway iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Planyway on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Planyway network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Planyway Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Planyway not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Planyway App
1. On android, goto Settings » Planyway » click [Force Stop]

Update Planyway to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Planyway App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Planyway » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Planyway.

Fix Planyway unable to contact server/ Planyway internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Planyway » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Planyway » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
