My USB/flash drive crashed. All my files, photos, and videos I transferred have gone. How do I fix it?

Plug in opens app. goes to upload.. continues for several minutes then shows "reinsert coodisk" msg

I saved photos and videos to the CooDisk flash drive and even back them up. it worked for about a week. now when i plug into iphone, after i hit allow for the CooDisk nothing happened. normally it shows loading. after i powered the i phone off and on, then when i added the flash drive and hit allow then it showed uploading but then it kept showing uploading over and over for several minutes. i took it out and plugged it in again. the next time after uploading then it shows nothing under photos or videos. when i used the attachment and plugged into an andriod, it is not acknowledging a flash drive connection

I have a Google Pixel 7. I can't find the coodisk app in google play. What app do I use for my phone?

I tried to transfer some of my photos and videos into the file that I've created on the coodisk, but it turned out as failed. And when I tried to download those photo set into my file again, the previous existed photos and videos (that normally existed before) had been entirely deleted. I don't know why since I didn't delete them. How can I got those backup photos and videos from the app?

I loaded coodrive on my apple ipad so I can access files on an usbdrive. Everything works fine until it apparently drops the link/connection to the extrenal memory. The only way I can reconnect is to delete the coodisak app and reload it. Why is this happening and how can I fix it Thanks

Coodisk doesn’t seem to work should it be plug and play?

My coodisk suddenly not working. All photo have been disappeared. When i want transfer the photo, it will pop up the notification “Settings_MSG_Request_Info_Failed”

I'm using a Samsung Galaxy S20 with Android v13. I plugged in my new Coodisk in the USB-C socket. Using GooglePlay I looked for the Coodisk app but it was not even listed. I used the Samsung File app ( already installed) instead. It can see the Coodisk drive and create a folder in it, but I cannot find a way to copy photos to it, as there is no Paste function. How do I copy photos from Gallery? Thanks!

I can get the transfer of photos from my iPhone to the USB but when I choose the USB to show the photos, it’s not showing? What am I doing wrong?

How to get external storage to work?

In CooDisk app, the music option will not play any file found.

All my photos COPIED to external storage (where I had deleted it from my iPhone album after done transferring) had all gone and not retrievable anymore. Then I cannot open & use the external storage anymore like it’s not functioning at all (corrupted) since end of last year 2022. I bought high storage capacity & it was about RM40 back then. A waste of money.

sir/ maam good eve I bought your 512gb otg flash drive using my sister's shoopee account.. it was okay at first but a few weeks after I tried to transfer video files it got corrupted and the video i was transferring didn’t play anymore? It doesn't matter that I have already consumed 13.2 memory cause there’s still 435gb available?? How are you, ma'am/sir, maybe you have an answer to my question/complaint? will you assist me regarding w/ this problem? 😔

I know the answer to my issue is going to be, you are running unsupported os what do you expect. I use coodisk for its simplicity and cost above all else. On iOS 16, the app opens up then crashes. Wish i could give you log files and such for some information as to whats happening, but i am hoping the app itself is under current development and support already knows of the crashing. Anyways, to me this is a great app app just as good software.

I’ve not use for sometimes. I’ve stored pictures into the coodisk. Today when I connect/insert the coodisk to my iphones to download some pictures, seems the coodisk do not response. And normally before this once I inserted it to the phone theres libgt shows up. But not now. Pls help. What shall I do. Tq

Hello! I bought your product in December and it was working perfectly fine until last month for me. When I try to transfer things from my phone to the flash drive it continues to say transfer failed. I’m not sure why, is there certain photo settings I need to have it on? Please get back to me as soon as you can! Thank you, Jasmine

For about a week since 03/21/2022, My coodisk program will not allow proper transfer of iphone 11 photos to an external apple compatible drive. My external drive is a 12gb called Lomygus brand.Can you help me with this issue.
