How to fix PosKing app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the PosKing app on iPhone
Update PosKing app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall PosKing iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix PosKing on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve PosKing network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

PosKing Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix PosKing not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the PosKing App
1. On android, goto Settings » PosKing » click [Force Stop]

Update PosKing to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear PosKing App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » PosKing » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart PosKing.

Fix PosKing unable to contact server/ PosKing internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click PosKing » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto PosKing » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch PosKing
