[Solved] Mytv online mobile app says playback not valid

Dear my tv+ one day i had a problem it didn’t open any channels so i uninstall it and when i install it again it only shows 3 channels before i uninstall it it shows everything movies tv sires and nearly every channels. If you can help me I would be very grateful. Thanks

Why my tv + is no longer available on playstore. I already had the app and deleted it because it was not working and when i tried to reinstall it , it was no longer available on playstore.

The channels and the tv series work! But when i try to open a movie it says: failed to load media. How can i fix this problem?
Was watching a programme and everything was fine. Paused for a few minutes and now getting volume but no picture - green screen. This happens no matter which programme I try to watch
