Tablet is Lenovo TB-8505F circa 2018 Android 9 !! Cannot connect to 5Ghz WFI. Lenovo even says it cant. Lots of online issues with it. Since I cant use 2.4 Ghz WiFI ( due to work issues ) this tablet is useless to me. After performing their tablet eset solution, it still wont find any 5Ghz WIFI networks and connect. Just says unable to connect. Hinge Health IT solution : Just use your own device or tablet . WHAT !!!!!

My exercise sequence will not load. The tablet is stuck on the" loading user data" and will go no further. This is the first problem I have had in about 4 weeks of use.

App asked to update , spent weekend trying too but didn't update. Now app stuck on " generating today's playlist..." for the past hour. Thank you
