The site and my doctor's portal won't load on both android and Windows 10. It doesn't matter which web browser is used. The web portal works on both Windows 10 and 8 though.

I have had a connection with pulmonary associates of Richmond for Several years best thing since sliced bread. OOPS Bread got moldy when Neurosurgical Associates, invited me to join their system, which I did with another email since the system would not allow me to signup with my email alhamaker@redacted so I had to use hamaker1948@redacted they advised me I was signed up. Not the case, when I sign in using alhamaker@redacted I get pulmonary associate of Richmond logo with Virginia ear nose &throat detail. When I sign in using hamaker1948@redacted I end up at pulmonary associates or Richmond as a new patient with none of my prior information. HELP I AM LOST WITH THIS APP 804-748-9821
My phone will not download the app for follow my health
when registering wont accept the verification code for my email
Clinical data is not being added to my account
I am a patient at Capefear Family Medical Care and I don't why my account is still so messed up. I have been after them to fix it since October when they had a computer problem. My doctor is Dr Sangineni and her clinical summary documents have not shown up since June of last year. I don't understand why they can't fix it. Thank you very much for your quick response in this matter.
App is not working. Try to log in and get error message. Tried restarting device, didn't work. Tried a different device (laptop vs tablet) and same thing happens.
