app on android phone does not work but it does work on my desktop

I can login in online. But not on the app. It says my username and password are invalid. Also, I’m sure it’s the correct app.

- Doesn't appear that much testing was done prior to deployment of the latest mobile app release
- Face ID login broke
- Supposed new features aren't showing available
