When I tried to read family members history I'm following app just gave me a white screen. Instead of updating with last reading I just get a white screen and no history.
I am trying to create an account but not receiving the link via email.
All in order today, an update has been sent out according to Qardio support, so my conspiracy theory was unfounded, apologies Qardio
Piling on here - app on my iPhone has not worked for a year +, ALWAYS frozen. Talked to support a while ago and they said to kill all the Apple Health integration (which is interesting in that they market based on that capability, which I did - still have the same problem. Then they said to create another account, which would destroy my ability to leverage almost 4 years worth of my data. iPad installation seems to work OK, but the Apple Health app is not even on my iPad. It feels like there is a constant issue with Apple Health app, and the integration is one of the reasons I chose Qardio above the others. Tired of the runaround from Qardio. Many app releases since this started happening, I know from comments on this forum and others I am not the only one with this problem. Any suggestions?
Qardio app crashes when trying to view history. Just started yesterday.
I had the same problem. I uninstalled the app from my phone and reinstalled it and it fixed the problem.

My Qardio app.keeps.ceashing when I try to look at my weight ( for the base). I've turned my phone off and on, but this didnt help
Green light does not come on even with new batteries properly installed.
The Qardio cuff continues to inflate trying to take BP but shows no readings just keeps showing the pictures. I had new batteries, and have reset the app/Quardio
