Poor UI/UX

Among other problems, this app constantly has unwanted pop-ups that get in the way of the work you are trying to do. I am so sick of having “are you new to this app” pop up whenever I’m trying to add a patient. (Been using PK for years). Interface is overly busy. Not intuitive. Takes numerous steps to perform many simple tasks that could be done with 1 click. Clearly whoever designed this has app has never used it themselves for the intended purpose.

Should have left it alone

The newest version is a lot less user friendly. The graphs, in particular, are useless for following trends. They display a whole bunch of bunched up values from way way back, then a whole bunch of bunches up values from current, then one line across the graph. Have clicked on every menu and it does not appear fixable. I would have kept the old version but got a message I wouldn’t be able to use at all if I didn’t update. I’d suggest you guys revert to two or three versions ago and then take a vacation.

Crashes

Crashes consistently. Have to clear cache consistently for list to load properly Admission order sets a mess and will not load properly in mobile. From the patient’s side. The discharge paperwork generated is disorganized and confusing for patients. A frustrating EMR for physician, nursing and patients.
