Sitting scooter ride...AWESOME!!

I needed a lift back to my hotel which was about six blocks away from my conference and I saw one of these sit down scooters. The reviews weren’t so good, but I didn’t want to do a stand up scooter at night with a heavy backpack and extra bag. So I decided to try this and it was awesome! I didn’t go so fast that I was worried, but fast enough to get to where I needed to go quickly. I took three rides and they were all great! I highly recommend this, especially if you have an extra bag. It’s more stable than the smaller scooters. It’s exhilarating to fly down the street on it. I will definitely use again and highly recommend it!

Great

First time riding any of these electric scooters there are so many companies now. I seen many Razor scooters outside and decided to ride a few blocks to the bus stop. Very simple! You just get app, scan barcode, scan your Id/license, add card and you’re good to go! They are way faster than i thought which was great. Maybe 30mph. I couldn’t figure out how to pull off at first so just a heads up when you get on take it off the kick stand, push off with your leg and flip the button up on the right handle bar and you’re good to go. ride with two hands by the way! almost fell attempting to snapchat😂😂😂

Decent scooters, but horrendous customer service/help function

I love the scooters, but it is a shame that they can’t invest more $$/thought into the app. There is no log of your previous rides, and the help chat is just plain unhelpful! Almost feels like it is deliberate - to dissuade refund requests. You have to stay in the chat section until someone is available unless you have to start all over again... and all that wait just to have Sue tell you that it has to be escalated to someone else. 🤷🏾‍♂️ And what’s up with charging for a ride that lasted 10 seconds? Feel like it’ll be safe to assume there was an issue with the equipment.
