1 year agoDear sir /Madame, I have been trying without success to contact SaraMart regarding the items sent to me since September 2022. I purchased some items totalling 217£ but some of the items where not what I ordered on Sara Mart app. The 3 hand bags sent wasn't what was ordered. The 2 sports Nike and 1 Puma training sports wears are so inferior that they all started to workout in 3 days. 3 years agoI haven't got my refund yet. I placed my order on October 2020. I did not get my delivery even after 1 month. Then I checked the app again and it said order delivered and not received, returning to the sender. Then I checked with Australia post. They said the order has been returned to sender. How ridiculous is that. I was home but nobody came with delivery. Then informed SaraMart customer service about this. One of the staff assisted me and she said they will redeliver the order. I did not get any delivery again. Then I asked about refund. They said me to wait. I waited very long. I reached out to them again. They told me to wait 8-15 working days again. I waited again. I did not get any refund. Today I texted them again and they are asking me to wait again. This is so unprofessional. Just for few dollars they are creating their bad reputation among the customer. I have been asked to wait again. I wish I could do more rather than just emailing customer service and giving reviews. If I find out how to do a formal complaint about this behavior of SaraMart, I would not think twice. I have been waiting since October 2020.

3 years agoI have had exactly same issues as all these commenters. They are among many fake companies confirmed by my bank and its fraud dept If your are lucky enough to receive goods then you are lucky but they will not confirm returns and will not respond. If you do manage to get a return address then good but the post office rejected my parcel/s to be returned as there was an inconsistent address without a postcode so I had to keep the goods which were wrong size colour etc This is how they make money. They claim returns are free they are not. Returns are not easy as they claim as there's no genuine return address sometimes there's no customer service and no support contact or phone number. Although I have managed to return some parcels I've never ever had a refund and lost over £100 to them. Imagine the profits they are getting from receiving goods and reselling them over and over while pretending they don't know anything about any return. Clever scam. The fact noone will shut such fake companies down because the Internet is not policed means they can do this forever and who gives a damn? Noone. I have even Bern threaten by these companies and thru have told me if I report a scam to UK action fraud they will get the American police after me and have me prosecuted in an American Court fir reporting them for conning people. They thought the threat would kerp me quiet from warning people of what they are doing But it hadn't. Speak out tell everyone yli can what they are doing to honest people. . BY THE WAY SARAMART APP IS NOT A RECOMMEND GOOD APP CHECK TRUST PILOT THEIR AVERAGE SCORE IS ONE STAR AND ALMOST 200 OET CENT BAD REVIEWS OF THEIR SERVICE AND APP!!!

Absolut terrible company with no customer service and no respect for the paying customers. Every time I reached out I receive no real answers to my questions, just some auto-generated standard responses.
