Need more work
This service should allow customers to apply any amount that you want to apply to account to wash. This app has only 4 amounts that you can apply to your account to wash, which are high amounts to wash in a top load machine that is over price to wash 7 pieces of clothes. You guys whoever designed this app need to allow customers to apply whatever amounts is need to wash. Who in the hell is going to apply $50 dollars on a washing app to wash a few loads of clothes. Let’s get real about this washing account. Please at least put the choice of $5 dollars back on the app. Maybe I will use it again.

Running better lately
A few weeks ago, I had problems connecting with both the washer and the dryer. Mostly the dryer. At one point, I thought it was a problem with the Bluetooth hardware in the dryer. The only two things that sort of worked reloading the app or resetting the Bluetooth link. Lately the app appears to be working better and I have able to use it without any issues. I do laundry often and appreciate an app that is very stable. Hopefully the earlier issues are gone and next time I can give your 4 stars.

Amazing invention
Loving not having to take more minutes out of my day to run to the store and “maybe” get quarters to do the laundry! This makes it more convenient and saves time and trouble! I can recall a time when I had to go to 3 different markets because others were also asking for change to do their laundry, such a hassle that was. Thanks for whomever invented this, probably would work great in laundromats too!
