[Solved] APP NOT LAUNCHING
I add money to funds. Keep getting error = 24: Invalid Expiration Date.

When I use my credit/debit card to add funds to my account, it shows an error message as shown below. Invalid Transaction (Cardholder Verification Rejected. AVZipOnly). I've tried again and again to update the payment method (even uninstalling and reinstalling the app several times), with no luck. This is incredibly frustrating. How can I resolve this issue?
App keeps saying no connection but is clearly connected to 5g fast internet. Annoying what happened to the old simple days of washing clothes. Now we have to rely on technology and look what happens 🤦♀️

I just went from 2.00 dollars to -1.50 by using 1 wash cycle. This has happened before and frankly I am angry. I have no trust in the app. What is going on?
When I use my Discover credit card to add funds to my account, I consistently get the error message: "12: invalid trans - invalid transaction (cardholder verification rejected. AVZipOnly)" I've verified that the information is correct half a dozen times and followed all suggestions in the help articles to no avail. This needs to get fixed. CSCPay states that Discover cards can be used, so please make sure that they actually can be used.
Keep getting the "machine not found" error despite all permissions given and Bluetooth is on.
Is the app in the Google Play store? I don't see it there.

CSCPay Mobile app says I have no internet connection even though I do. Re-downloaded the app and now I cannot log-in due to having "no internet". Need to put my laundry in dryer before work today. Extremely frustrating. This is not the first time I have heard of this happening.

This CSCPAY system has too many problems to rely on... it was working and then it can't connect to the Internet despite a good connection. Very concerning as it an app and who knows who can access it to hack into your phone.

We just got new machines last week and today I'm trying to add funds but it keeps saying 24: Invalid Expiration Date. What's happening.
I keep getting a "No Internet Connection" pop-up even though I have internet access, and it is keeping me from doing literally anything on the app like adding funds. I even tried resetting my network settings on my iPhone which did not work either.
