This app is horrible! I loaded money from Venmo n then the laundromat didn't take CSCPay so I was stuck because I had walked. Another laundromat is farther which is hard when carrying laundry! So I requested a refund back onto my Venmo. It's been 10 days n no one has contacted me. My emails aren't getting a response n when I call the wait time is 71 minutes! I'm living at a shelter n don't have transportation! I'm not working yet n I just relocated. I need that money back. This app is a scam n steals people's money!!! No customer service help at all!!!! I will NEVER use this app again!!!
same problem as everyone. worked for awhile, now it says my email is already in use and i cannot get the app to work. Customer chat was zero help. When you are in a jam and have loaded all your clothing into the washers this app gets a solId F.
Same issue as the last comment the app is not appearing in Google play anymore I got a new phone and that's how I realized it I went to download it and it's not even appearing in the Google play store anymore I even went to Verizon to make sure it wasn't just my phone but it's everybody's phone it's just not there anymore what do we do?????????
The csc pay mobile app is not coming up on Google play to download I went on line and clicked to install it and a error comes up

I have been using this app for a year and a half. Now I tried the app and it informs me I must use my email, which I haven’t had to do before. When I logged in with my email I was informed that email is being is already in use. Try another. I have $$ in my account and I can’t access it! 🤷♀️🤬
This is the worst app ever it takes forever to connect!! Just went to put load of laundry and it say machine is not accepted so I changed machine says the same thing !! With all you review’s looks like you have a lot of un happy customers will try to get you out of Hoa when you leave a response nobody answers ridiculous customer service !!

I can not log into my account on the CSC Pay app. I am not able to reset my password using the app either. I tried all of the available options to log into my account to do laundry using the app but I can not log in using any of the available options. Is there another way to reset my password other than using your app?

I cannot use any of my cards... It keeps giving me error code 12 with AVZipOnly. I have entered in my BANK INFORMATION FOR THE CARDS straight from my banking account for street and zip code several times, but the mobile app keeps giving an error code. I have uninstalled and re-installed the app several times to see if there was some bug preventing me from using this app. If you're going to include more security measures, then include Street Address, City, State, and Zip.... It's obvious that there is an issue with only providing Street and Zip Code. Also, provide readily available documentation for dealing with error codes. Please help so I can do my laundry....
Hi. We are using the cscpay mobile app for our laundry Today when we try to load money through the credit card mapped in the app. Credit card got charged but it didn't reflect in the app. How do we get our money back or how do we fix this issue . Request your help. Thanks & Regard Sheela.S
App won't let me load my credit card so I can do laundry, it just says to go to laundry facility to load card (I am sitting in the laundry facility). 1st, this is extremely unsafe having to be around other people in order to load a card, 2nd, why can't we load it at our home so we don't have to bring our credit card with us? I have tried searching my zip code and my apartment complex doesn't even show up. Guess it's back to the bank for quarters. Thanks for nothing!
Awful experience! Every time I try to use this app, I have issues with it. Now, I had money deducted from my account, the machine isn't working and I have no one to talk to about being refunded.!

Before the malfunction, I’d say it was decent. Sometimes the washers/dryers don’t sync if you don’t give it enough time to process and exit the app immediately after running a load. It never tells me when my clothes are done on time. But that’s whatever, because I usually just set a timer anyways and that method has never failed me. If these were the only issues, it’d be 3 stars.
However, I was recently auto-logged out of the app for no apparent reason. And when I went to login again, lo and behold there’s no login button!! There’s only an option for me to create a new account - which I don’t want to do because literally all of my washing money for the next week is stored within my account… y’know, the one I now have zero access to. Customer service hasn’t been of any help so far. Still haven’t heard back about my inquiry via email. I finally have the time tomorrow to call them about this issue but I doubt a service rep can help me when it seems like a software bug.
I have tried redownloading the app, turning my phone off and on again, making sure all my software is up to date, and still nothing fixes it. I would like to wash my clothes without having to create a stupid throwaway email to create a new account and give them even more of my money.

This app makes being an uncomfortable neighbor, a thing of the past. IHave left my laundry in the machine a couple of times and sometimes people waiting. But this app, it shows me the room status and when my machines are finished so nobody has to wait for me plus I never have to re-load my money in a remote location. It’s done very conveniently through the app
Update: sometime recently something changed in the app and there is no way to use Bluetooth to tell you the room status. I tried deleting the app so maybe it would give me that feature back again and it Wouldn’t let me sign in! It kept telling me that my email or password was incorrect, and yet I’ve used it many times in the past. So I tried to have a new password made, but unfortunately the forgot password email never came to me, and after 10 minutes I resent the forgot password link and again it never came to me after 20 minutes. So there’s no way to trace my account or my American Express charges that was left on the balance. I emailed them and reported some errors in hopes of them contacting me. If CSC Doesn’t contact me, I’d rather Not be a customer. Otherwise, I’ll update This new review.

I am EXTREMELY unhappy at the app and the customer service I just received. I’m trying to do laundry and have been unable to successfully log in with my FB login. This happened last time, so I signed in through my email. I took a screenshot of my password for future reference. I tried to use the app, and it had me log in, once again bc it continues to log me out, and it keeps telling me I have the wrong password. When I click “forgot password”, it has me enter my email address and claims it will send me an email with further instructions. I STILL Have not received an email. I checked my junk email and NOTHING. I have a washing machine filled with clothes and detergent, and there’s not a thing I can do about it. I called customer service and spoke to a Freya, who clearly hates working there. She was unable to assist and ended up hanging up on. This is about the worst way to spend my Sunday. I know I have funds in my account and I can’t even access them bc of this horrid service. The banks are closed, so I can’t get quarters, and now I have to figure out what to do with my soaped up clothes, while I go on a journey to find out wth to get quarters. I’d like someone to call me back to figure out a way to solve all of this.
