The app try to open with "checking for updates" message page and stay there indefinitely, nothing move, no search visual signal, noting... thanks if you can help ! (removing it, restart the phone, empty cache haven't work)

How to fix Stealth Fitness app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Stealth Fitness app on iPhone
Update Stealth Fitness app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Stealth Fitness iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Stealth Fitness on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Stealth Fitness network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Stealth Fitness Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Stealth Fitness not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Stealth Fitness App
1. On android, goto Settings » Stealth Fitness » click [Force Stop]

Update Stealth Fitness to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Stealth Fitness App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Stealth Fitness » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Stealth Fitness.

Fix Stealth Fitness unable to contact server/ Stealth Fitness internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Stealth Fitness » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Stealth Fitness » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Stealth Fitness
