- The app freezes on the loading screen which displays a check box to accept the user privacy agreement.

- An associate erroneously informed that a reservation was required, which was impossible due to the inoperable glitch-full app.

- The gym capacity page only last for like five minutes.

- After that it just goes blank and it never ends up loading.

- One reviewer has to keep going through this constant process of deleting and reinstalling the app just to see how full their gym is.

Blink fit app is not showing on play Store and I can't download it. What can I do?

The videos are not playing. I can only hear the audio. This is very frustrating.

To resolve Blink Fitness network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Force Stop the Blink Fitness App
1. On android, goto Settings » Blink Fitness » click [Force Stop]

Clear Blink Fitness App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Blink Fitness » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Blink Fitness.

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Blink Fitness » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Blink Fitness » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Blink Fitness
