i have cx who phonak app dissapears when she clicks on it, she has a I phone ?? any suggestions

The app keeps disconnecting with my hearing aids, then pairing again us a nightmare, yes I have followed all of the suggested fixes, none of which solve the problem of the app disconnecting, yes I have the phone right next to me, on the arm of the chair whilst watching tv, and then, surprise! The disconnts, I have checked and rechecked all settings on the phone, I forgotten how many times I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app, switched off, phone, Bluetooth and hearing aids. The myphonak app is so unstable it needs to be rebuild or a brand new version made. All these, 'have you tried' instructions do not fix the issue because the issue is the myphonak app. Sort it, please, once and for all (of us).

App doesn't work with Android 14. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app but can't connect the left ear and it just spins around on the right ear.

If I touch my hearing aid, voice control opens and says "no match found". It has even called phone numbers a couple of times.

Takes ages and then it comes up with searching for my hearing aids I press both the buttons to highlight what the app is searching for, comes up after quite a few seconds, searches and the crashes again. This has happened numerous times in the past 24 hours, booted and rebooted I have a pair of aids which cost over 10k! My Apple phone is right up to date with updates. Had do much trouble with your app

Android app freezes several times a day when using for TV. Must restart phone. Also, the TV Mic option disappears almost daily. Usually must restart the phone

Every time I put my iPhone 12 on the charger, myPhonak defaults back to Autosense from my much more comfortable Custom program. How can I either make my Custom program the Default program or stop my phone reverting back to the Autosense program every time I put it on the charger??

The app works as far as trying to pair with my hearing aids at which point it crashes. I have uninstalled it and reinstalled it with the same outcome.

Same problems related above. Aids work but can't access app to fine tune them. Worked previously. Update was a downgrade. Rule #1: If it ain't broke DON'T FIX IT!

I have Audéo M90 R. I have been having problems for the last several days. The left hearing aid won’t turn off or on at all. Sometimes the right one won’t work either.

When I open the Phonak app I have login, create account, or continue without account. When I select either option the privacy page appears and I cannot proceed any further. I have tried deleting the app and reinstalling on my Android phone. nothing works and I cannot connect to the hearing aids.

My phone can connect to the hearing aids. The Phonak android app cannot connect to the hearing aids. I have tried forgetting the Bluetooth connection and trying to connect using the app. No success. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app. No success. I have paid a lot of money for these hearing aids and expect them to work as advertised, I am still in the 60-day trial period. I will be returning them.

myphonak remote had been unstable recently and on 8/26 stopped connecting altogether. i tried rebooting iphone se3 several times, deleting and reinstalling the myphonak app multiple times, and re-pairing my aids a gazillion times. no luck. my aids are phonak audeo b90 direct. how do i get connection?

I used to have two Phonak icons on my iPhone screen. Yesterday, I noticed that the design of one has changed – and is for 'Creating a myPhonak account'. The other has become 'myCall-to-text' – which I never had before. I am unable to access the ability to change for different settings and also for volume etc. I have at no time altered the original two icons. Can you help?

My hearing aids are Audeo P90-13T. Some time back (about 6 months) I was able to run the app myPhonak happily on my Apple iPhone and could access all its functionality. However, recently I updated my iPhone's iOS to 15.5 and updated the myPhonak app to the latest version available. I can stream music from the iPhone to the hearing aids OK. That looks like it is done through the Bluetooth connection "R-Phonak hearing aid". However I am unable to open the app myPhonak. It appears that the iPhone is attempting to link to the hearing aids through these two bluetooth channels but failing to do so: "LE_L-Phonak hearing" and "LE_R-Phonak hearing aid". I think that if those connections cannot be made, access to the myPhonak apps functionality cannot be accessed. Please note that I do not have the same lack of connectivity on my iPad. On the iPad, I can stream music (presumably via the the Bluetooth connection "R-Phonak hearing aid") and I can also access all the myPhonak functionality through the Bluetooth channels "LE_L-Phonak hearing" and "LE_R-Phonak hearing aid". I think that the user interface for the latest version of the myPhonak app is much worse than the prior version. It looks to me as if the designers have gone for a funky graphical button and images style that is much more difficult to use!

- iOS compatibility is not always friendly with hearing aids

- Cannot see battery status

- Cannot delete custom settings if a mess is created

- Several settings that cannot be used

- Blue Tooth connectivity switches back and forth from car’s blue tooth phone connection to the hearing aids

- Connectivity from hearing aids to cell phone not will say “connected” for 5-10 seconds and then “not connected”

- Phonak app changes personal settings to a default setting
