I just upgraded my phone to a Samsung Galaxy A13 with Android 13. I use the Abbott Freestyle 14-day sensor which has been working fine on my old phone with Android 9. Now when I scan the sensor it vibrates once with scanning pop-up on the display. Then, regardless of what I do, the scan results are not shown for about 30 seconds. I've tried re-installing the Librelink app, clearing the cache, and powereing the phone off and on with no improvement. I have not found any solution on the internet. Please help. Thanks.
Attached new sensor and checked 60 minutes later. Got urgent low blood sugar warning. Checked app. Numbers started to go up then it gave me sensor error message—check back in 11 hours. Had to cancel medical procedure because of this. Really disappointed in this product.
Hi, I have just gone into my LibreLink app and it is not loading. All I see is a white screen.
I can no longer open the LibreLinkup app. Each time I try it just shows, "an error occurred please try again". I have deleted the app from my phone, rebooted my Phone, and reinstalled the app. This did not fix the issue. My device is a an iPhone 12, iOS 16.5 This had been working with no issues before this occurred.
App not working. Put on new sensor, reloaded app blah blah blah. Went to Verizon today, I was the third!! Person today. They said not on their end. What’s going on???

My libre no longer works with my iPhone. Why? Help!
the freestyle phone app, after installation, comes up with a screen that is stuck in a loop. it asks for region (United States) and then language (English). After clicking submit, the screen comes up again asking the same questions. You can't get out of this loop. I called support but between the supporter telling me this may take a long time to fix and the fact he was Indian with not the greatest English; I just gave up.
Hello The sensor keeps reading High. We are using the app on the iphone. We had a sensor before and it had the reader. Can we delete the app from our phone and use the reader instead? We are getting many high readings or a message that says sensor error try again in 10 minutes. Thank you for your time and kind assistance

Fingersticks are required for treatment decisions when you see the Check Blood Glucose symbol, when symptoms do not match system readings, when you suspect readings may be inaccurate, or when you experience symptoms that may be due to high or low blood glucose. 2] Use of the FreeStyle LibreLink app requires registration with the LibreView system, which is provided by Abbott and Newyu, Inc. For more information on how to use FreeStyle LibreLink, refer to the User’s Manual, which can be accessed through FreeStyleLibreLink . 1] If you are using the FreeStyle LibreLink app, you must also have access to a blood glucose monitoring system as FreeStyleLibreLink does not provide one. The FreeStyle LibreLink app allows you to monitor your glucose with your iPhone. [1] Check your glucose by holding your iPhone near your FreeStyle Libre Sensor. FreeStyle LibreLink is intended for measuring glucose levels in people with diabetes when used with a FreeStyle Libre Sensor. If you would like to use both the FreeStyle Libre Reader and FreeStyleLibreLink with the same Sensor, you need to start the Sensor with the Reader first and then scan with your iPhone. Note that FreeStyle LibreLink and Readers do not share data with each other. For complete information on a device, scan your Sensor every 8 hours with that device; otherwise, your reports will not include all your data. FreeStyleLibreLink is compatible with both 10-day and 14-day Sensors. Compatibility may vary between phones and operating systems.
