From angry to happy in 5 minutes

First time meditator. If I think about it, it’s a little scary having an empty mind/head for a moment. Watching my mind from a small distance. Those who meditate, must know what I mean 😊. I feel happier; all within 5 minutes. The lady speaking in the recording is it 👌🏼. Clears my head. This is scary writing this. Makes me want to really fix me; to feel this way all the time 😄. ESPECIALLY because I have a kid. ❤️❤️❤️❤️ thanks for making this. I just want to stay happy forever. Delegate manners as a happy person. Very helpful in moments of anxiety or stress

I have used the relief bot function probably 3-4 times a week, and it’s a lifesaver. A lot of the techniques it goes through are things I’ve learned about in books and counseling, but when I’m anxious it’s like my mind goes blank and I can’t remember what to do to help myself. I’m very grateful for this app.

It really helps!

I’ve tried multiple apps and all of them don’t work. I saw this on an add and so I tried it, now I’m happy I did. It helps with my depression also. I use this app takeaway twice a day in the morning to make my day, and at night to help me get a good rest.
