Love this App! It is very helpful!

This app is just what I need! I am a Mom, in college, and I trying to run my own business all at same time …. On top of all the stress from that I suffer with anxiety, depression, and PTSD…. In which I can never find time to manage. This app really puts everything it in one place for me. The mood journal will really help me and the mobility of it makes it even more helpful! I can access it on my mobile phone so whenever and wherever I am, I can just open my phone and type my thoughts and feelings and don’t have to wait until the end of the day when I’m so tired when I can’t remember a thing! The “today activity” really helps me start my day on a great mood and makes me feel positive. having the relaxation and activity right at the plan of my hand all the time will also help me a ton.

To have an app that helps you with depression and anxiety is good I was recently diagnosed with depression and anxiety and to me this is a really good ad something that can help you when you really need it sometimes when you're going through depression It's kind of hard to tell a person hey I have depression anxiety but to open an app and then it help you with your problem is a really good app that you can do the things on your own your own time your own place nobody has to know what you're up to and I really think this is a really good app so try it I really think you guys would like it if you have anxiety and depression like I do thank you Anita Rodriguez
