Goals focused and results based Meditation

The layout of this app is great because it highlights, very subtly, the tangible benefits of meditation. The best evidence is in the Journey portion of the app where it provides various, multi-day, guided meditations that are goal specific. They are current and thoughtful, I feel like every one should see a meditation journey that has a relevant and significant subject. Most people, if I had to guess, would know the benefits of meditation regarding stress-management and accomplishing rest. Although both those things may be true I feel like it also turns people away from meditation because realistically you always want to keep on keepin’ on and meditation seems like a time out. Now with this app I can understand how meditation is useful to accomplishing your long term goals and how incorporation to our lives can feel natural vs. prioritized and not just as a decompression method. Meditation is as supplemental for the productive person moving towards their goals as it is for the unbalanced person needing to regroup. All you have to do is listen to the guided meditations that are not too long and do not require your attention for unreasonable amounts of time. The fall asleep in under 3 minutes meditation honestly worked and I didn’t even realize until mid-way through my day. This app will most likely make me like the baddest of the bad like namaste out of my face if you aren’t with it.

This app has changed my life

Hi I have suffered from serious depression for about 6 years now. I also have c-ptsd and suffer from flashbacks and panic attacks. This app, combined with therapy and al-anon has seriously changed my life. I am learning how to meditate. It really makes me feel so safe, and calms my anxiety. I have been working on the anxiety course and I have worked on the fourth day for a few days because it is so beneficial to my life and really puts a little pause in my day, especially when my thoughts won’t stop running wild. :) the only complaint I have is that there is no option to change the voice on the app. I really would love to use the sleep course and the story telling but a lot of the men’s voices trigger flashbacks. I just really think if there was an option to hear a male OR a female for the guided meditations and stories, it could be a better experience for people with ALL disorders :) thanks again and please keep my bit of feedback in mind when updating or changing the app:)

Really good for anxiety depression and bipolar disorders

I love this app I’m going through a lot right now and way recently diagnosed with a couple of disorders. Ive been refusing medicine because I don’t want to depend on them I only use them whenever it gets really bad, but I’m the mean time I’ve been trainings my mind and soul to think and feel positive thoughts. I use it first thing in the morning and last before I sleep to unwind my day. Btw I’m 21 in college and full time student with a boutique, this app is great for ANYONE! Everyone! (If that helps)
