- Compass sending me through hoops
- Told after 10 business days that if a decision was not made that a credit would automatically be provided
- 15 business days later still no credit
- Sent through hoops and transferred to a department that does not have access to phones
- Claim has been extended to 45 days
My card has been being declined for a week now. I have kids to feed. I have a heart condition and all my meds renew at the end of the month and I can't access them now. I have zero access to my money. I have made numerous calls and have spent an average of 2hrs. on the phone each time for them to tell me it's an internal issue and they're working on it???? How much longer can I wait for access to MY money?
My card was locked yesterday at 10am i have called at least 25 times and now i am being told they cant unlock my card i have to get a new one. I have no money no way to work I use uber i did not authorize the lock i will lose my job if i dont go for 7 to 10 business days while i wait on a new card. will turbo card pay my bills and support me and my kids until i find a new job it is their fault not mine
Card is not working.. Card is declining with funds in the account. I rely solely on this card for EVERYTHING! Over an hour wait time to speak to a live representative only to be told they’re resolving the issue(s) but they don’t have a timeframe of issue(s) being resolved!
