App opens then blinks and freezes

My app isn't working won't let me make payments or check the other cards. So frustrating 😖
When I open app it goes to home screen. But I can't switch to my other card. I can't make a payment. No buttons work on the app. I tried other apps and works fine so it's not my phone.
I have been trying to use the app on my phone for over a week and keep getting just a blank white page. This is how I keep track of my balance and pay my card. Very frustrating that I cannot access it.
When it opens up all I see is a blank white screen. If I try anything it says it's down for maintenance. It's sad that for almost two weeks now.

I set up my portal and when I log in it sends you a code and I am not receiving it at all not even the phone call either
