I'm having an issue logging into hyper pay. I'm also having an issue resetting my password. I request a verification code to reset my password, I then input the code Sent to my phone from hyperpay and it tells me that's an incorrect code. Can you help me please

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent HyperPay app issues:

Force Stop the HyperPay App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click HyperPay app. » click "Force Stop".

Update HyperPay to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear HyperPay App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "HyperPay app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch HyperPay.

Fix HyperPay unable to contact server/ HyperPay internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click HyperPay » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got HyperPay » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
