How to fix HPX app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the HPX app on iPhone
Update HPX app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall HPX iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix HPX on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve HPX network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

HPX Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix HPX not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the HPX App
1. On android, goto Settings » HPX » click [Force Stop]

Update HPX to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear HPX App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » HPX » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart HPX.

Fix HPX unable to contact server/ HPX internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click HPX » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto HPX » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch HPX
