Hi , i see you didnt change anything with ITR loads. I will try explain again , every day on load board is a lot of loads , i mean ITR which stopped for a couple of hours , after they starts moving, the same time Amazon propose this loads like ITR load, but driver will starts moving or will be moving a couple of hours. A lot of company know about fault in Amazon and just booking this load, put number of trailer and assign for anyone . When original driver delivery this load the same time its automatically delivery in another company like MG, M or sometimes Y plus. And every week they get money for anything. I sent 3 times like this letter but for Amazon doesnt matter.
My account was suspended for a several months and it’s up and running again, but I can’t login to my old account and everyone I called doesn’t seem to know what I’m talking about.
My Reley password doesn’t work and to restart doesn’t work too Please help
I recently had gotten a new phone and had to re download the Relay app to my phone. When I had my previous phone I used to get messages sent to my phone regarding load information like it’s not ready or it was ready and also said please contact an associate for load information. Since I have re download the relay app I don’t get messages like this anymore sent to my new phone. What do I need to do to fix this. My phone number also changed but I changed that also in relay. My old number was 717-317-1874 and my new number is 717-451-3308 Thank you Louis Wickard 717

I recently took a trip, T-113H8R22Q, several spots on the trip were canceled. One spot was canceled but they say I rejected it, which was not true. The trip took place on February 14-18, however it does not show up in my history. I have not been paid on the trip, I cannot dispute it because it does not show up in my load history. I have tried and tried to get help or a resolution, but keep coming up short. Can someone assist me?
Amazon Relay P&D driver app has several issues that need to be fixed. 1. The app freezes specifically during the verification of loads at the warehouse. 2. The app screen goes blank during upload of Bill Of Lading 3. App becomes unresponsive for a period of time. Sometimes between 15-30 minutes 4. App becomes unresponsive why verifying trailer numbers All these issues add a burden to the driver. It can cause delays and even accidents.
