I have a problem with Amazon Chime

- No ability to edit or revoke messages

- Meeting call continues to ring on phone after it has been accepted on the computer

To resolve Amazon Chime network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Force Stop the Amazon Chime App
1. On android, goto Settings » Amazon Chime » click [Force Stop]

Clear Amazon Chime App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Amazon Chime » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Amazon Chime.

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Amazon Chime » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Amazon Chime » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Amazon Chime
