I've installed TeleGuard desktop on my Windows 10 machine. The program's listed in Control Panel so I think the installation was OK. But when I click it, the app won't run. Just does nothing. I've uninstalled and reinstalled, and chosen the option to delete prior data. Nothing. Should I remove all instances of 'teleguard' from my registry? Can't think of anything else to try. Thanks.

Similar to Bill and Gerry I am using Windows 11 and my app says "No connection to server". I have successfully created a new profile but I would loose all my contacts. I have emailed the helpdesk but after an initial clarification email they have gone quiet. Teleguard ops: please help, or at least provide an ETA for resolution?

"No connection to server" I've been using TeleGuard for ~2 months. The day before yesterday, I backed up for the first time. IDK where to find it, though. The next day when I opened the app, I'm getting this error message. 2 days in a row, and still the same. I tried making a different account on a different device, and I can successfully use the app. But I want to access my account.

Teleguard crashes and can't open on mobile with Android 12 and Android 13, after installing and loaded data. The teleguard app works well but for some reason won't update to latest version. It's version 2.5.2 dated 16 March 2023, any solutions offered please.
