App not downloading at all.

when I download app and try to open on Iphone 13 the app will not open. Iphone os up to date, have restarted phone, have uninstalled app restarted phone then reinstalled app, same issue.

Common dislikes about Amazon Flex app
- Very bad application
- Wasted a lot of time
- Many errors
- Application closes suddenly
- Bright white background of the FLEX app is dangerous while approaching homes at night
- Reporting permanently closed roads and permanently locked driveways to housing complexes doesn't seem to do anything
- App really really really needs Night Mode
- Takes people back to wrong address
- Confusing and hard to follow
- Unsafe areas to work
- Counted against for cancelling runs
