can't access website. Just created account today and keep getting error messages. I have tried different browsers as well as downloading the app and nothing works.

I can never get in anymore. Been like this for at least a year. "Sign In Error - The operation couldn't be completed. (PECO.Net-workingError error 4.)

Close and restart the PECO app on iPhone
Update PECO app to the Latest Version for iOS

Fix PECO on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve PECO network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent PECO app issues:

Force Stop the PECO App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click PECO app. » click "Force Stop".

Update PECO to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear PECO App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "PECO app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch PECO.

Fix PECO unable to contact server/ PECO internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click PECO » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got PECO » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch PECO on android.
