How to fix ComEd app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the ComEd app on iPhone
Update ComEd app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall ComEd iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix ComEd on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve ComEd network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

ComEd Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix ComEd not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the ComEd App
1. On android, goto Settings » ComEd » click [Force Stop]

Update ComEd to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear ComEd App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » ComEd » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart ComEd.

Fix ComEd unable to contact server/ ComEd internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click ComEd » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto ComEd » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch ComEd
