Can’t receive emails to change password
I accidentally deposited 200.00 to my account. I was only trying to 20.00. The app won't let me get into the refund Options. I need my money refunded
Shinepay will not send money to the machine after scanning. Just spins. I've rebooted, reinstalled and get the same reasults.
I cant log into our account to check on income.
The Qr code is never found when I try scanning it and I tried entering number manually but get the message "machine not found".
I scan machine, app shows I have money in account, verify’s machine #. Tells me to start machine, I press start machine, app then tells me it can’t find machine
Landlord installed this in laundry room. Just installed the app and made a deposit. Scanned the 2 different machines with QR code and received message "does not recognize machine". Tried entering the numbers manually and got the same message. Emailed support asking them to put my money deposit back onto my card. Will wait and see what happens. Also got a warning page about their website saying that it is not secure and not to enter any credit or debit card numbers.
App is not transferring my funds to the washer/dryer of my facility. I have a remaining credit of $91.25 and am not able to use. I contacted ShineApp twice already, and I still have not received a response from a real person. Please fix this issue.
confirmed email with phone support, and reset password, but it's still telling me to confirm email.
I had to download the app on my new phone. Now you t only allows a 25.00 deposit as opposed to being able to choose an amount
