CVS Pharmacy Status

Delivery option not showing on prescriptions that qualify, everything keeps showing pickup only. CVS customer service call department tried everything in creation to help. Finally was able to order RX for delivery. HOWEVER - a week later and the same problem exists.

The app says it has a bug in it so it won't load.

CVS app will not open, just flashes off.

When I tried opening my CVS app, it said there was a bug in the original app and they closed it, said to update it. I have tried deleting the app and reinstalling it but it won't open. My husband can get into his just fine.

after signing in I get the we have to confirm its you. we will send a code please confirm. The problem is I can get the code in my email but I can never get back to the confirm code page to fill the #s in.

I've been having issues ever since the app was updated. I can't see all my prescriptions anymore and when I try to refill the random one that shows up, it says I've done it, but never sends it for a refill. The update is not good - the app is almost useless at this point.

App stating prescriptions cannot be delivered when same medications have been delivered before with no problem (by mail)

For the last several days, whenever I attempt to go into the pharmacy section, I receive "Looks like the server is unavailable at this time. Please try again later." It's getting as bad as our actual CVS store as far as service goes...

I have been using the app that has deals that you can click on and they show a check mark. I always use this. For some reason now it will not work for me. I cannot logout either. I need to be able to use my deals! Please help!

Order placed and email confirmation received but still shows ready for refill in the app, not clear if it’s really in process.

I am not seeing all of my prescriptions on my account. According to the local pharmacy, I have two profiles that need to be merged on their side. I never created another account. I just moved from one state to the next. How do I get these profile merged so I can see all of my prescriptions?

Cannot open basket

Cannot check out my order on IBOTTA or on CVS website on Android or on laptop.

Tap the app and it disappears. I tried turning OFF iPhone, that did not fix the issue, also tried deleting the app and reinstalling, did not work either. PLEASE fix the app.

I'm trying to "check out" on the CVS photo app and it is not working. Is anyone else having the same problem. I've never encountered this before on the app.

No matter if I use the website, or the app and do so through my pc, tablet or phone, every time I go to check out or click on my basket it says to Try again, there was an error. I have tried 100s of times, have deleted and redownloaded several times. Losing out on deals, because I cannot always get to the actual store, I rely heavily on shipping. My husband's account works just fine. (But my CRT's are better, lol) Anyone else have this issue? I have reached out to CVS with no response.

I am so aggravated! This app has been messed up for weeks now! My basket says I have 3 items in it when I do not have anything in it, this is going to cause the $ amount to be more than what It should be. I can't order because it is going to charge me more then I actually owe. I probably have lost all my coupons and any rewards on my extra care that were there before all this started. I sure hope CVS doesn't take those away from us! It is bringing up a store that isn't even my preferred store. I am so disappointed in this store right now because of all this! CVS FIX THIS!!!
