I would like to report a issue with one of the world it’s called planet Hyundai you guys know the tool box it’s pink every time I click on the x to get out of it doesn’t work

Hi ZEPETO! Hard to find a customer service here, so I just try to send a email, and hope it really can be fix it.. I will thankyou so so much! Since I’m fans of ZEPETO from then to now. OK! I would like to request, went we are trying the new clothes , dress or something else, can you just let the zepeto MOVE. Don’t just let them stand there still, it was so weird.. after the latest version, I’m so unacceptable my ZEPETO just stand still there and didn’t move at all. so, PLEASE PLEASE just let the ZEPETO move like before when we are trying any things new in the shop, let it have some poses or just move like before, don’t just stand still!!! Thankyou so much!

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent ZEPETO app issues:

Force Stop the ZEPETO App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click ZEPETO app. » click "Force Stop".

Update ZEPETO to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear ZEPETO App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "ZEPETO app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch ZEPETO.

Fix ZEPETO unable to contact server/ ZEPETO internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
