I can't load coinfields website and their app will not load.Has coinfield collapsed? I have alot of my xrp and xlm still in their custody. I can't even email them their web page won't load. I have tried multiple different phones and from a laptop still unable to even load the log in screen on both app and website.

How to fix CoinField app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the CoinField app on iPhone
Update CoinField app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall CoinField iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix CoinField on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve CoinField network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

CoinField Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix CoinField not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the CoinField App
1. On android, goto Settings » CoinField » click [Force Stop]

Update CoinField to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear CoinField App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » CoinField » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart CoinField.

Fix CoinField unable to contact server/ CoinField internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click CoinField » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto CoinField » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch CoinField
