Hi both my son and I are logged out from the app and cannot log back in. I have provided both phone number and email, waited several minutes and tried resending code but not successful. how can I receive the code?

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent Gimi app issues:

Force Stop the Gimi App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Gimi app. » click "Force Stop".

Update Gimi to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Gimi App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Gimi app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch Gimi.

Fix Gimi unable to contact server/ Gimi internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click Gimi » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got Gimi » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
