How to fix Gimi app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Gimi app on iPhone
Update Gimi app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Gimi iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Gimi on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Gimi network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Gimi Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Gimi not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Gimi App
1. On android, goto Settings » Gimi » click [Force Stop]

Update Gimi to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Gimi App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Gimi » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Gimi.

Fix Gimi unable to contact server/ Gimi internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Gimi » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Gimi » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
