The login button doesn't work on the Ipad or iPhone 15. OS is current and the Login button doesn't work to advance to the next screen. This system is junk.

The test connection on the iphone mobile app doesn’t connect? What do I do?

I can’t log to to either your website or your app. My friends have alp so tried all on different network providers . It’s very frustrating as this is day number 4 now I can’t access your services

This app is never working Ive wasted so much money on partial visits that drop a few mins in. Please get more servers or less clients. This is garbage

Have good internet but app says upload error- had enough “upload” to take my money tho

I'm on network but can't get in keeps failing connection

My fiancés best friend he grew up with is incarcerated & we are trying to set up our first ever video visit. I have read all the reviews about ICS mobile not working & crashing & just taking peoples money but we still wanted to try. I have perfect signal & on wifi & it continues to say test connection failed. Over & over. I am so frustrated the visit is supposed to be in a few hours & we already paid. Please listen to everyone else on this app FIX THE APP…. Please. We have loved ones who made mistakes & we want to be able to see them.

I had a visit today at 3:30pm at Washington county sheriffs GA WIth Bernard king but the visit wouldn’t connect I was told it was something on the jails end but it’s something affecting the system on my end it won’t let me test my connection nor will it let me join a visit is there a way the system can be troubleshooted tonight I have 2 visits tomorrow

On July 19, 2022 I tried to sign into my visit with my boyfriend and it said error visit not found

For months now app on android refuses to connect both testing connection and trying to connect give failed to connect message ...very fristrating

tried every single suggestion, app fails to connect, and when you test it says failed no matter what. when will this be fixed for phones???

The app is not letting me connect a visit this has been going on for a month Ota very frustrating and time consuming. I did everything tried different devices it just will not work

Hi, when I try to access my account on ICS it doesn’t do anything, the login button doesn’t work. I’ve tried restarting my phone, reinstalling the app, tried a different network and I updated my phone still not working. I have an iPhone.
