La cuenta es de mi tío el dio este correo floro2020@redacted Y la contraseña es Floro2020 el primer día que instalaron las lavadoras no estaba programada pork seguimos los pasos el puso 15 y cuando lo escaneamos se puso otros 15 ya son 30 que tiene y no se podía usar las lavadoras pero como ese correo no existe solo lo invento para usar la lavadora cómo puedo hacer para que me devuelvan el dinero y quiero poner este correo mejor en su celular de mi tío

I just changed phones and had to reinstall shinepay. Said my password was wrong,guess it was. Tried to reset. Wouldn't work. Called shinepay. He told me to delete account and start over. I've looked up instructions but can't delete it. I am 70, but not entirely moro

We had this app for several months and never seems to work

So the app and/or the machine (1 of 4) never worked in the 8 months we had it. They claimed to have come out and said they fixed it and it was never fixed. It’s a small 8 until apartment building and no one was ever able to get it to work. Another time I had a machine say it was on and took the money but machine didn’t ever start. 2 times this happened. I emailed for a refund and no one has gotten back to me. That was in October and it’s now End of February. The haven’t emailed to even say that aren’t refunding me. Whether it be the machines or the app it’s never properly worked and before we had working machines. Now I don’t want to use the app and I have money still on my account I can’t get off. Plus the convenience fee for every time you want to put money on! Oh and if you don’t have WiFi in your laundry room bc it’s in a garage...forget it! It won’t work.

App issues

So I was at a laundromat that’s used this app exclusively. I am on an iPhone 12 and downloaded the app...again. It’s been about a year since I used it last. It was fine then. However this time I fought with the app as the keyboard is covering the log on button. I somehow got logged on and added money to the app. Used it to start my wash. Now I can’t access the app again use the remainder of $ or even see how much $ is left on it. I just wanted to dry my clothing. Until they fix the app to work correctly on the log on screen with the new version of apple software this app is useless. We tried it on the IPhone SE as well. It didn’t work there either.

Great concept - A few irritating things

The concept is there which is great. Makes things very convenient. There is a charge of roughly .35 cents to reload money ever time but I can get over it since gas stations do the same when you pay with debit/credit cards. My biggest annoyance is that at times my machines ask for $2.25 for a wash, and the app only transfers $2, making me have to do the payment a second time to cover the extra 25 cents remaining. The issue is I now paid $4 instead of $2.25 because the app doesn’t recognize that the machine is asking for a amount other than the $2. It’s annoying and a rip off, because I send a request for a refund and I’m not sure I’ve gotten it ever before. So, for an app that’s supposed to make you not need quarters, if I don’t have quarters at hand I’m just going to over pay for services. Also, when these machines were installed, the prices to wash and dry increased over 30%. Also not cool. Like I said great concept, but it fails to deliver. I want my refund ppl.
