As soon as you open the app it pretends to load then disappears and brings you back to the homepage. I can’t even delete the app and reinstall it because it keeps saying that it’s open and on my phone even after I deleted it. Please help. For this past week I have not only been trying to login in this app but I have not been able to get any one on the phone, the call volume is way passed “1000 and The waiting process is over 96hrs to receive a call back and that’s just ridiculous.

I haven’t been able to login none this past week. I keep getting invalid password messages, but I can successfully login online using the exact same login credentials I’m trying to use through the app
