2 years agoI want to delete call recorder now. You make it very difficult. I intend on informing my Credit Card company of my canceling subscription BEFORE charge is placed. I’m still within the free trial time. Thank you

2 years agoI am requesting a full refund of my yearly subscription of $31.99 that was purchased today 5-13. I unsubscribed but I want to unsubscribe now not a year from now and I’m requesting a full refund.

Not Recommended! They know you are recording!
I would not recommend this app if you do not necessarily want the other party one is calling to know you are recording. There are legitimate reasons you may not want this. For example if you are in an abusive relationship and you were recording your calls for protection this can cause issues for you. When you merge the call the app says “beeep…call ready..” something to that effect. I am a palled at the price of this application and considering this major flaws which undermines the applications purpose!

Doesn’t work and they haven’t refunded my money.
This app isn’t rocket science. The tutorial videos only address the most basic issues. It cost me $50. They claim it records calls guaranteed, well it failed. It recorded 2 out of 7 calls. I had an important phone call and the only thing that recorded was the annoying announcement and irritating beep. Same day I originally left this review they offered a refund but haven’t given it to me. They just keep claiming user error. Don’t bother with this app.

Does not work well at all
So I downloaded this app and experimented a little with it first by calling a few friends and family while recording the conversation. Everyone that I spoke to while recording said that I sounded very choppy and broken up. But then when I called all of the same people back without recording the call my voice sounded perfectly fine like a normal phone call. And two of the phone calls when I tried to play it back had no recording whatsoever.
