I had used IVMS-4500 for 9 years and worked great. Recently my tech guys at home changed something and it stopped working on my phone. After many dollars and time not working they got it to work again on my phone but now under a home and away network depending where I am. The problem is when I am away now i can't look back at the recordings on different cameras. I only see the live version. how do i make it so i can the recorded motions? thank you
