- Other rewards are not relevant for customers who shop at Citgo 5-7 days a week.
- Coupons for soda fountain machine belong to Subway and are not of any use.
- No reward for checking in for a year.
- Check in tracker reward is not achievable in one month.
- No way to know if a CITGO is participating.
Says I need to provide accurate location
I changed my password three times, deleted the app, reinstalled it, and turned my phone off. All of that is trying to access the app, and I still can't get in. It just stays on the sign-in page. I have always had issues trying to use this app. It sucks! This is why I do not go to Citgo for gas; I can't utilize the rewards!
I can't get the Club discount at the pump because none of the stations gave a place to enter the alt id at the pump.
I visited a Citgo on Tuesday night and entered my loyalty alt ID (2017395840) and the screen at the pump said "LOYALTY UNAVAIL Club CITGO." I understand that the promotion can only be used once a month, but I have not used it in many weeks and it should have been available. (The worker inside the gas station could not provide any assistance.)
I try to open the app it's says download newest version. There is no new version to download. It will not let me do anything on the app I currently have.
Same problem as others have. Try to download app. Goes back to current app which says download new app. Doesn't work.

Keeps telling me to download the latest version, even after i do that 10 times it still says that.
Doesn't matter if i put phone number in before or after i pay, i still don't get discount.
