Stuck on authenticating device page
My banking app on iPad not working for 4 days
App refuses to open on an iPad mini. Tries for a short while then crashes out.
Trying to register new device, iPhone, when entering password letters there is only upper case keybod
New version of app downloaded yesterday (20 Dec 24) crashing in iPad mini. iOS 15.8.3
Almost every time I use the app, messages appear saying that there are technical problems and I cannot then view some of my data and make transfers or payments.
II try to use the Lloyds banking app on my Iphone 7. I get as far as touching the device to recognise my fingerprint then it says 'Authenticating your device' but the lock circle just keeps going round and round.....!
When try ing to log on to the Lloyds app on iPhone I get the message You've been logged out. They say there are some technical problems. Have tried the usual things , deleting and reinstalling the app, turning the iphone off and on and resetting the phone all to no long term avail. Been going on now for probably six months, have reported to Lloyds awaiting response
The app was saying to update but it wouldn't let me . So foolishly I uninstall the app yo download new version but now it will not let me do that either. There is enough memory so that's not the issue. I cleared all other apps cache. Help I use this app daily.
Keeps crashing
12:40 pm Friday 26th August 2022. I can access my accounts on mobile app but unable to view details of standing orders or direct debits. Just get message saying we are having a few technical problems please try again later. This has been going on since yesterday (Thursday 25th August).
I have a Samsung s8 and the app stopped working. I have cleared the app cache and the phone cache but the problem still persists. Deleting the app,restarting the phone and downloading the app results in it crashing as I enter in my password.
This App does not work, everytime you put the activation code in it Says we are having technical problems being like that for two week now..
When logging on to the app my device just hangs for a long time. I'm currently trying to deposit a cheque but it won't process it. This has been going on for days. What has gone wrong with the app. It used to work well.
Trying to set up the app. Every time I get to "3 from your memorable info" it locks the android phone completely. As in DEAD. Requires a hard reset to get back.
iOS apps for both business and personal don’t respond. Touch the app and it remains on the front page. Have to go in via website. Since Friday 9th. Tried deleting app and installing new…..still dead
Unable to download app On my personal account for several day
Guaranteed once/often twice a week when I go to the log-in the screen with the app displaying ‘authenticating your device’, the screen just hangs, and hangs and hangs a bit more. Next day, same thing. And the day after. You get the idea. The only way to resolve the problem is to delete the app completely and start all over again by re-installing the app along with all my details. As I’ve said this happens, on average twice a week. Just wondered if anyone else get this crap with the Lloyds Bank app?🤷🏼♂️
Business app loads, however, it crashes when I try to make a payment to anyone?
Same issue. Lloyds bank app crashes when trying to pay anyone, press continue and it crashes
This is my business account , loads ok and can get on but when transferring funds when i press continue button is seems to think about it and crashes the app phone goes to home page
