iRobot Home Status

iRobot app crashes EVERY TIME I look at Map view. It happens after about 5 seconds of viewing it. Unable to adjust nor fix Room Dividers, Room Names, etc. Apparently, this issue has existed for a long time. When will an update be done to fix this problem?? PLEASE fix it, so it stops crashing/restarting/crashing/restarting/crashing.................(and so on). -SD-

iRobot is going around in small circles? Wheels are running free so the problem is not in the wheel.

Hi, irobot app keeps on crashing today. Looked for any updates, didn't find any. Cleared cache. Installed on my tablet also, but it still keeps on crashing in few seconds

When I use the map functions the app crashes all the time. - cleared phone memory from app running in back ground - Iphone software update - Rebooted phone - Removed app and downloaded again - Still problem not solved Need help

I'm having issues with my iRobot i8+ not updating the history after completing a scheduled job. We are also observing some weird behavior from our robot. It is getting lost, and unable to return to the home base even when it is in the same room with the base. Or it will be on the base charging and for no apparent reason it will back straight away from the base as far as it can get and then get aggressive when it backs into a wall and can't keep going.

I was moving a room divider and the app suddenly crashed. Now when I try to load the map, the app just crashes. I have done the following: 1. Rebooted the app. 2. Restarted my phone. 3. Deleted the app and then re-installed the app. Non of the above have solved the problem. Please advise.

App has stopped capturing history and maps. I ran Roomba yesterday, and have nothing showing I did so.

I just got a Roomba the day before yesterday. While I was customizing my floor map yesterday, the app crashed. When I try to open Maps, the app crashes every time. I am using i phone 12, iOS 16.0. Rebooting the phone did not help. I don't want to reinstall the app because I don't want to lose the map Roomba took about 12 hours to make. I'm hoping there is a good fix without having to start all over again.

When I tried to update floor map, the app unexpectedly crashed. It crashes since then. I cannot open Maps, also I cannot access cleaning history. I am using Iphone 6s, iOS 15.6.1. Rebooting phone, deleting and reinstalling App and remapping floor did not help. Is there a fix for this issue?

I was editing my map for the Braava Jet M6 and it crashed. Ever since that moment the app wont let me see the map or it crashes. I have the S9 and can still access its map, and I can access cleaning reports for both. I just can’t access the map for the M6 to make changes.

app will not connect to iRobot. Have followed all suggestions now waiting over a week for the "escalation" department to reach out to me as there is no fix. Now customer care is saying its my phone not the app! FML

I was moving a room divider and I couldn’t save the change. I can remove dividers. Now I can’t add any dividers.

Previously, the app crashed whenever I tried to name rooms or set up room divides. Updating the app led to not being able to access the map at all for the crashes.

i Robot Home freezes, has to be shut down. In past few months has eventually worked after doing this many times. I have the latest version, reinstalled from App store and same issues.
