I'm having issues with my iRobot i8+ not updating the history after completing a scheduled job. We are also observing some weird behavior from our robot. It is getting lost, and unable to return to the home base even when it is in the same room with the base. Or it will be on the base charging and for no apparent reason it will back straight away from the base as far as it can get and then get aggressive when it backs into a wall and can't keep going.

I was moving a room divider and the app suddenly crashed. Now when I try to load the map, the app just crashes. I have done the following: 1. Rebooted the app. 2. Restarted my phone. 3. Deleted the app and then re-installed the app. Non of the above have solved the problem. Please advise.

App has stopped capturing history and maps. I ran Roomba yesterday, and have nothing showing I did so.

I just got a Roomba the day before yesterday. While I was customizing my floor map yesterday, the app crashed. When I try to open Maps, the app crashes every time. I am using i phone 12, iOS 16.0. Rebooting the phone did not help. I don't want to reinstall the app because I don't want to lose the map Roomba took about 12 hours to make. I'm hoping there is a good fix without having to start all over again.

When I tried to update floor map, the app unexpectedly crashed. It crashes since then. I cannot open Maps, also I cannot access cleaning history. I am using Iphone 6s, iOS 15.6.1. Rebooting phone, deleting and reinstalling App and remapping floor did not help. Is there a fix for this issue?

I was editing my map for the Braava Jet M6 and it crashed. Ever since that moment the app wont let me see the map or it crashes. I have the S9 and can still access its map, and I can access cleaning reports for both. I just can’t access the map for the M6 to make changes.

Previously, the app crashed whenever I tried to name rooms or set up room divides. Updating the app led to not being able to access the map at all for the crashes.

• Sharing maps between the vacuum and the Braava M6 is not possible
• Save takes 45 seconds to a minute and often times out without saving
• Robot is unable to clean a specific room let alone the entire house
• Map is updated to not represent the house after the first vacuuming event
• Robot goes to the wrong side of the house when sent to a specific room
