I am trying to purchase a new handle for my razors. I have been a member for several years and my old handle broke. The one I ordered does not work in my old razor racks as I have a couple of dozen from beard growing. I tried the on line help but had to give my credit card for a 1$ purchase. It should be easy to access my account as my wife Susan gave me a membership several years ago. I really like the products but it does me no good without a handle. Help should be much easier to get but this has been a pain. I would like to talk to a live human on the phone. 843-858-9369
