Am unable to address my concern on the website or by telecon.
I am trying to purchase a new handle for my razors. I have been a member for several years and my old handle broke. The one I ordered does not work in my old razor racks as I have a couple of dozen from beard growing. I tried the on line help but had to give my credit card for a 1$ purchase. It should be easy to access my account as my wife Susan gave me a membership several years ago. I really like the products but it does me no good without a handle.
