TomTom GO Navigation Status

I had problem with TomTom Go navigation on my Samsung SM-G800F. At first instaed of normal navigation it drawn a line between a location a, I think, current car position. Then I have update application to Package version 1647944 (name: 3.6.212) and then aplication did not start. A popup appeared: Application TomTomGo Navigation is stopped and proposed to make report. The recomended actions (clean data and cash and open in Google Play) did not helped. Have anybody solution for that?

I installed TomTom Go Navigation 3.6.212 (4765) on Samsung A50 (Android 11). Works fine on the phone. Unfortunately, on Android Auto (10.2.633224) the application has "lags", e.g. it shows a maneuver that it is, for example, 1500m away, then the "arrow" with the position of the car "stops" and resumes its position some time after the maneuver is over . It's the same with the speed visualization, it appears randomly and doesn't update. Everything is OK on the phone at this time, the position and speed limits are displayed on a regular basis.

My new tom tom Go have installed app onto phone but will not open just black

When I sign up and click start free trial, nothing happens and a few seconds later a screen comes up saying "Oops, somethings gone wrong"

Tomtom go truck works perfect when using on phone. When connected to android auto many menu items are missing. I have over 60 items saved in my places and when in android auto I can only see 7 of them. If I load the route on the phone then connect to android auto its fine but makes it hard to change destination when on the road

Installed TomTom Go app on Iphone 7, sftware 15.7.1 but there is no "Go To" option on the home screen or on any sub-menu. It is therfore impossible to plan a route.

I have been using TomTom mobile go navigation for years now, But recently I had an issue with my subscription so I paid the £14.99 yearly subscription fee, but when the expiry date passed by it didn't extend. So I uninstall & reinstalled the app again to no avail contacted TomTom about the issue total waste of time, just excuse after excuse, never got my money back, paid for a second subscription for £19.99 , So now I have 2 subscriptions on one yearly subscription which is outrageous but I rely on this app for my working day. And now the issues have started playing up, the clocks out by one hour, it thinks it's on winter time not summer time even though my mobile has the correct time. Plus if you load a destination it will search for it & about half way through it stops & shuts down, furthermore it used to save all your old recent destinations, doesn't do that anymore, Contacted TomTom again about this, still the same answers, I am sure they are Robots working there not humans, whatever happened to just calling them, emailing them gets you nowhere!!

Tomtom Go. Using for years. After 1000km recently traveled, app will open, but when asked to navigate to a destination, it crashes. Have reinstalled 3 times, no difference. Same update on my older tablet is ok

After several years with no issues, this app has now several issues: 1. Hour is not correct, it is 1 hour behind ('my phone shows the correct hour) 2. The app suddenly crashes and cannot be restarted... (all updates have been done). It keeps on happening so this app is no longer reliable...

TomTom GO freezes in Android Auto, works fine on telephone. Seems to be a very frequent problem. Will TomTom fix it or should we use WAZE, which works fine in AA.

Hi, feeding in Chirk castle (LL14 5AF) nothing coming up!

TomTom 6200 is not working! Get the screen showing a cable with computer and TomTom screen but am unable to get any reaction when connected to laptop!!

The app will not close after use on Android. This is battery draining and I have to force stop.
