the app will not load to my phone. i have used it for years. and update was suppose to install. now getting a message that it will install in the future. really miss scan and go.

Update Sam's Club now app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Sam's Club now iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Sam's Club now on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Sam's Club now network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Fix Sam's Club now not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Sam's Club now App
1. On android, goto Settings » Sam's Club now » click [Force Stop]

Update Sam's Club now to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Sam's Club now App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Sam's Club now » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Sam's Club now.

Fix Sam's Club now unable to contact server/ Sam's Club now internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Sam's Club now » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Sam's Club now » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
