How to fix HypeClub app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the HypeClub app on iPhone
Update HypeClub app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall HypeClub iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix HypeClub on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve HypeClub network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

HypeClub Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix HypeClub not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the HypeClub App
1. On android, goto Settings » HypeClub » click [Force Stop]

Update HypeClub to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear HypeClub App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » HypeClub » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart HypeClub.

Fix HypeClub unable to contact server/ HypeClub internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click HypeClub » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto HypeClub » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch HypeClub
