Arvest Go app not working on iphone
For the past three days, I have received a "processing error" notification whenever I attempt to deposit my paycheck. There has been no indication of what this processing error might be or what is causing it, and no indication of where I should go to fix it.
Everytime I attempt turning on quick view it turns itself back off. Not sure what to do.
Arvest go keeps asking me to turn on the camera permissions for check deposit upon login. I have it enabled. I tried disabling and re-enabling and etc. If I click cancel it closes the app.
Issue making mobile deposit
I'm just tryna see how much money I got in my debit card and it's saying that there was an error and if it persists call so and so's number (customer service). I tried to delete it and reinstall twice still the same thing happening
Every time I click to turn on quick view it turns itself off
Every time I try to turn on quick view it automatically turns itself back off.
My app says I don't have a debit card
I can no longer deposit checks with the arvest go app. It allows me to take a picture of the front of the check, sometimes, but then when I take the back of the picture it clears the deposit screen. Sometimes it won't even take the picture at all. My husband's app works with the same checks that I'm having trouble with so I know it's not the check.
App crashes right away. Will not open.
My Home Screen is black and I cans see my balance
My Quick View won’t enable. Anytime I press the button to turn it on, it bounces back automatically to disable it.
Arvest Go. Trying to deposit a check. Works until verify deposit. The app keeps saying I have an issue with face of check. Endlessly retaking photo of face of check. Never accepts.
